Please inspect your order upon receipt. We make our best
effort to fill every order correctly, but if there is any problem with a shipment, please
contact customer service immediately at (800) 637-9889.
If it is necessary to return any item, please conform to the
terms below. Doing so will ensure that you receive the full credit due to your
account.
Call for a return authorization number
Call our customer service department at (800) 637-9889 for a
return authorization number. Merchandise may not be returned without prior
authorization. Returns without a valid authorization number on the box will be
refused.
Returns must be in the same condition as when received
Returns must be clean, unused, packed in the bags or boxes in
which they were shipped and all price tags and other markings must be removed. We
cannot accept returns that are dirty, worn, tagged, or without the original packing.
Restocking charges
There is a restocking charge of ten percent of the invoice price
for all returned merchandise other than defectives and shipping errors.
Check returns carefully
Please accurately record the product style, color, size and item count of your
return and provide us with a copy of that record.
Please confirm that we are the vendor to which the merchandise should be
returned. This may seem an obvious point, but we occasionally get returns that are
not our product! We cannot accept merchandise that we did not sell.
