at (800) 637-9889 for a credit application. Complete the application and return it
with as many favorable credit references as possible. Please provide complete
contact information for each credit reference. Please be sure to sign and date the
application.
We will process your application upon receipt. The time
required for processing varies with the responsiveness of your credit references.
Often, banks require a signed release from the account holder before responding to a
request for credit information.
Customers who are unable to provide a completed application with
favorable credit references may arrange for purchases by prepayment. The following Forms Of Payment are accepted as noted
in the Payment Terms section of our Terms Of Sale document.
